Friday, January 29

6:00PM to 9:00PM

Key West is a town rich in history and great stories. Death in the Afternoon Absinthe is inspired by one of Key West’s most famous citizens. The writer and adventurer, Ernest Hemingway, was an avid imbiber who popularized drinking Absinthe.

Hear this story and more as you sample 5 distinctive Absinthes from the original French recipe to modern American interpretations. Chef Dave will pair this ‘liquid alchemy’ with his exceptional gastronomic expertise.

Hallucinate with us at Key West’s beautiful new space, the Green Fairy Lawn.
