Five Oceans Five Continents Grand Tasting: Connected by the Oceans
Water does not divide us; it connects us. Join us at the historic Key West Aquarium for a multi-sensory evening where world-class gastronomy meets contemporary fine art. Inspired by the profound visual storytelling of renowned contemporary Cuban artist Humberto Castro, this year's Grand Tasting explores the theme "Connected by the Oceans."
Celebrated Chef Jennifer Cornell will guide your palate across five continents, crafting an exclusive menu that traces the global currents of Oceania, South America, South Africa, North America, and Europe. As you savor these international culinary masterpieces surrounded by vibrant marine life, you'll experience a stunning dialogue between Castro's evocative coastal themes and the liquid landscapes of our shared world.

He makes his spirits the historic way with old family mash recipes using Pot Stills, Cypress Fermenters, Sweet Mash, only the finest local grains, the freshest Kentucky Limestone water, and the Neeley Family Yeast Strand which is propagated at the distillery.

WHAT'S THE DEAL? Whiskey Rick is a walking, talking slice of the Florida Keys. Equal parts historian, storyteller, and lovable outlaw philosopher, Rick embodies the laid-back, salt-air attitude that makes Key West what it is.
His tours rarely stick to a script; they wander the backstreets, dive into forgotten corners, and detour wherever your curiosity leads. One minute you're talking Presidential history, the next you're deep into local legends, ghost stories, or swapping Jimmy Buffett lore like old friends at the bar.

Every dish I create is a story a tribute to my family’s legacy, the discipline of the Marine Corps, and the rich heritage of my Nicaraguan roots.
I believe that food is the most honest way to say ‘I see you.’ Welcome to a table where authentic, organic ingredients meet a lifetime of passion, honoring the past with every unforgettable bite.
