🍷 PACE YOURSELF! If you drink every wine poured throughout all five games, you’ll consume more than two bottles of wine. See, Swirl, Sniff, Sip, Savor & SPIT — and know your limits.
You don't want to drink your way out of the competition!
You must be 21 years of age to participate.

Key West Cooking Show | Chef • Storyteller • Performer
Karl Stahl brings a wonderfully unique combination of culinary talent, storytelling, theater, and Key West spirit to the kitchen.
A longtime Key West resident and 20-year U.S. Navy veteran, Karl has built a second career in the island's vibrant cultural and culinary community. His experience as a performer has made him a natural storyteller, and today he brings that talent to the Key West Cooking Show, where he combines entertaining demonstrations with the history, traditions, and flavors that make Key West cuisine so distinctive.
As a chef-storyteller, Karl believes food is about more than a recipe — it is about the people, places, history, and traditions behind every dish. His Key West Cooking Show experiences invite guests to cook, taste, learn, and laugh while discovering the cultural influences that shaped the island's cuisine.
Karl is also a familiar face on the Waterfront Playhouse stage, with credits including 1776, Something Rotten, Murder on the Orient Express, and Arsenic and Old Lace.
Whether he's behind the stove or on stage, Karl Stahl brings the same ingredients to everything he does: personality, storytelling, humor, and a genuine love of Key West.
For the Key West Food & Wine Festival, Karl is the perfect example of what makes the island's culinary culture so special — the food is only part of the story.

A true Key West culinary veteran, Executive Chef Keith St. Peter has spent decades immersed in the island’s distinctive food, beverage, and hospitality culture. Originally from Richmond, Vermont, Keith made Key West his home more than 20 years ago and quickly became part of the island’s creative culinary community.
An entrepreneur, chef, and creator, Keith was instrumental in the creation of Key West favorites including The Cafe and Kojin, helping shape the island’s vibrant craft beer, wine, cocktail, and dining scene.
Today, Keith serves as Executive Chef with the Key West Cooking Show, where his culinary creativity takes center stage through the Chef’s Encore dinner series. His menus explore history, culture, technique, and global flavors through a distinctly modern Key West lens.
Known for his adventurous spirit, creativity, and unmistakable Key West personality, Chef Keith St. Peter brings together food, storytelling, and a little island irreverence—making every dining experience an experience to remember.

An event spotlighting Oceania, Australia, Tasmania, and Chef Dave Fuhrman sets a deeply immersive, sensory journey. By pairing Chef Fuhrman’s renowned expertise in luxury presentation and high-end execution (honed at Great Events Catering with the wild, isolated terroirs of the Southern Ocean.
Tasmanian wine is renowned for its premium cool-climate styles, driven by the island’s long ripening seasons and crisp maritime breezes.
The region excels in producing world-class Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and traditional-method sparkling wines, alongside aromatic whites like Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc.

Known for creating "resort-class dining experiences" that blend sophisticated technique with vibrant storytelling, Chef Fuhrman brings the spirit of the South Pacific to the heart of Old Town Key West.
The Menu
The evening features a curated multi-course menu inspired by the diverse terroirs of Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. Guests will enjoy:
- Pristine Seafood: Fresh catches prepared with Polynesian and Melanesian influences, mirroring the coastal spirit of the Florida Keys.
- Oceanic Wine Pairings: A selection of crisp Sauvignon Blancs from Marlborough, bold Shiraz from the Barossa Valley, and boutique sparkling wines that highlight the unique viticulture of the region.
